Briton Early!!

At 6:15am I woke up feeling something wet! I thought Christian had peeed on me. I stood up to get a blanket to put under him, it was then I that I felt something run down my leg. I woke up Gerald and said "okay either Christian just peeed on me or my water broke!" Gerald said "Christian just peeed". Gerald had worked 'till 12am so he was tired. I told him "No my water broke!!" I called my doctor and he told me to go to the hospital.  I called my best friend Adrian so she could come over and watch the kids for us. We went to the College Station Medical Center,  I was taken to labor and delivery. Once there Dr. Randy Smith came in said I was dilitaed to a 1. We had the option of  keeping the baby inside or give me pitocin. Dr. Smith wanted to give me the pitocin because he feared infection. At 11:oo am I was given an epidural. I  felt better after that. Around 2:30 pm I started feeling the contractions again. Around 3:15pm the contractions were coming fast and hard. I called the nurse to come check me and sure enough I had dialated to a 8! The nurse called Dr. Smith and he was there a few minutes later!  Less then 5 minutes of pushing,  at 3:33pm Briton Early was born!
